As main rules and condition in the work, our company drag big concentrate to the HSE Procedures and rules, to facilitate our client needs by establishing a safe working environment which complies with the health and safety relevant legislation.
It is important to us that we have procedures , plans and rules we apply in the work , such policy shows the commitment of AAC and the workers to the health and safety.it also aims to remove or reduce the risks to the health, safety and welfare of all workers, contractors and visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our business operations.
Our priority in the work as HSE policy is to do what is necessary ,moreover , what is need to apply the HSE Policy and the duties and responsibilities .
The employees in the company have the culture to commit in the HSE policy as they trained before they start the work , it also , we put training schedule which concern with the management , the commitment of the HSE Policy , we train the employees to remind them of the importance of such part. The Managing Director or Safety Advisor will ensure that all employees have access to the Health and Safety Policy. Each employee will be given a copy of the general policy on commencement of his or her employment.
Also all employees should know where the first-aid kit is located, have a copy of the emergency plan and be trained on the emergency plan and evacuation procedures.
